RGV AG, mostly likely this was caused by not using the correct capitalization on your password which was accidentaly being inforced over the last 24 hours.

Within the last five minutes I removed this restriction. Try again and let me know.

the thread title. needing to log in again on mobile. once I'm logged in it's fine, but it keeps making me log in every so often now which it never did before.

I assume you are using Safari?

Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies & Data

Same thing is happening to me. Haven't been able to login to either the mobile site or the regular site from my phone for over a week now. Cleared cookies on my phone, restarted phone, tried changing password from my home computer, etc and nothing works.

I enter my username and password, click login and then it directs me immediately back to the sign on page over & over again or says my username and/or password are incorrect.

logs are showing you guys are now able to login on your iphones. are you still experiencing any trouble?

Is there a fix for the constant log-in prompt or not? I think it's been 3 weeks I've been having this problem. I know my password -- I just tested it on my mac.

When I'm on my iPhone and click reply, I get the log-in prompt. When I enter my id and p/w, it refreshes the log-in screen.

I tossed my cookies and that didn't help.

bac, logs show you succesfully logging on with an iPhone yesterday.

make sure under Settings > Safari > Accept Cookies you have From visited or Always

btw, most of the login problems in this thread have been resolved. there are still a few i'm waiting to hear some more detail from.

most of the issues have been related to password capitalization (now ignored), old cookies (resolved by clearing) or improper settings on the phone
