I've seen this on occasion but now it seems like its on all images. I'm on Mobile Safari on an iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1. I cleared the browser cache but it's still doing it. If I click on the picture after getting the blue question mark, it will correctly load the linked image but the preview isn't working.



Also I think a cool enhancement for the future would be to auto load the image preview instead of having to click to get the preview then click again to load the full image.

i started having this issue today as well, in chrome on my desktop. cleared the cache and its still doing it.
