How does one go about getting a thread glued to the top of the Forum?

We (me and two other Aggies) are hosting a sporting clay shoot in Tyler in October as part of the Boy Scouts Fundraising for this area. The Aggie shooting team is going to be heavily involved and we're wanting to get the word out, via this Forum, to other Aggies in the region that might be interested in shooting on a non-game weekend this fall.

Any help in how to do this is greatly appreciated
