I signed up for premium, ane waited for the window to close after confirming my card information. Waited a long time, way longer than normal, and finally decided it had hung up. So now I have a charge to my bank account, but can't access the premium content, and my account page shows I'm on the free option. I immediately emailed admin@texags.com asking for help, that was on wednesday. Still no access, still have the charge, and still no response from that email. Can I get some help?
