Clear cookies, make sure cookies are set to accept at least visited... Try again
I'm locked out of premium boards & content on Mobile only. Any ideas?

make sure under Settings > Safari > Block Cookies you have From third party... or Never.
Sometime this gets reset during an iOS update.

I tried that, still no go. Essentially, when I try and click on premium forum or even just reply in non-premium threads using the mobile site, it prompts me for my username and password. After I enter them, it tells me an error occurred during processing and then it kicks me to homepage.

Dallas, your ability to post on the premium forum from the main site is actually a bug (and being fixed). Trial subscription do no have the ability to post in premium forums. Note the verbiage from the trial description:
