So I've had the Premium account for the past year but I was not planning to renew it due to finance issues. I was waiting to be notified or to see something about renewal because I could not remember when I signed up for the one year subscription. A couple of days ago, I saw that I was charged for another year. I wanted to ask if there was anyway I could be refunded or have a compromise because I do not want the one-year subscription. The payment's only a couple days old so I hope I still have a chance to take my subscription down. Please let me know if there's anything I can do.
