I have tried the cookies thing and still nothing. I am doing this because I can not email because I have no access. I know I have paid for the premium and I have reset my phone and I still can't get the premium to work. Could someone look into this problem for me.

Never mind I think I just figured out what happened. I got a new CC and I didn't change the number on my account.
