How long do you want to ignore this user?

Is this the best way to get help? All day (from two different computers and my I-phone I connect to Texags go to Forum page, hit Billy Premium and it takes me back to the Forum page. What do I do?

I have also been denied access to the premium sites with no explanation. I have called the Texags support phone number and left a message asking for help with no answer. I have also sent an e-mail to the support site with no answer. I have been shut out for 48hrs and am very frustrated about the lack of assistance. I am not sure what else I can do. I have been a member of Texags for a very long time. I would love some help.

AGMD what is the support phone number? I'll leave a message as well. Maybe tomorrow someone will call us. My symptoms seem to be that my subscription ran out and they shut me off rather than notify me so I could renew or give them an updated credit card; or even send a PM before cutting off someone without notice that has been a subscriber for probably 10 years. Beats me.

AGMD, if you go to the FAQ tab at the top of the screen and scroll to the bottom there are some email addresses you can email. Nobody seems to be answering them tonight but maybe they will hopefully in the morning.

I called the number this AM and have not heard anything from them. I also e-mailed them from the FAQ section this AM and also have not received a response.

Ooshwa, thanks for letting me know the cause. Not sure why someone does not contact a 10 year old subscriber before cutting off their account just because the credit card expiration date I suspect expired which I would gladly give if I had known.

As for logging on and enrolling I would love to but the log in screen is not secure (https) and I really don't want to spend six months undoing identity theft. Or at least that is way I understand it. If someone would simply call me I would be pleased to give them my credit card. If nobody is available till Monday could you at least extend a grace period till Monday? Thanks.
