I didn't change anything but I can't access any premium level boards. Went to account settings and it shows me at free level?

I think I solved my own problem, but I never received any emails form texags indicating there was a Problem. That would have been nice.

I moved a few months ago and I had not updated my address on texags billing....so I think my billing was being denied with credit card address on file with texags not matching what is on the credit card. But it's been since at least September and just now seemed to lock me out.

I updated billing address and restarted my varsity subscription.

Same thing has happened to me.

Same here, was premium last night, woke up this morning, can't access anything, checked account and was set to free.

just got an email now that said my account was set to expire and was not set to auto renew - although it always was.

I tried accessing the premium board around 5 this morning and found I had reverted back to free status - checked my account and it showed no credit card information stored.

Tried again around noon and everything was back to normal.

Found an email that said my subscription was set to expire and that auto-renew was not selected. However, if you look at the subscription page, it says auto-renew is the default and only action.... Hmmmm - curiouser and curiouser.

eta: apparently there is now an option to cancel auto-renew - that wasn't there at 5 this morning.

yeah seems on some switchover of that it was in a state for a while that messed up.

but my credit/address info was outdated so I changed it anyway...and selected Varsity level again....hopefully i don't get double charged.
