accessing the premium forum?

How long do you want to ignore this user?
I have received an email confirming the billing for this month and yet I can't access the premium forum and my account shows my subscription as free. I don't understand and would love to have someone send me an explanation via my email listed on my account.

there are three accounts associated to your email address (all with similar usernames). one of those accounts has a valid subscription.
