When I try to log into TexAgs forums on my PC I get a blank screen. Any ideas what could be causing this?

is it completely blank? white background? or does part of the page load?
It's IE 11 and I get a completely white screen.

Temporarily disable all anti-virus and malware filters, and see if that helps. If it does, when you turn them back on, create an exception for forums.texags.com in their settings.
How do I turn them off?

it would depend on what software you are using. why don't you try the site with a different browser first. maybe chrome:

I don't have an anti virus program and I have tried using chrome.

any chance you use Hotspot Shield someone had trouble with it blocking pages a couple of weeks ago.
