I'm not sure if this is my issue or not, but since the redesign I went to mobile.texags.com from my laptop browser (chrome). Now when I go to texags.com, it just takes me to the mobile layout.

When I try a different browser, I see the new site design.

you probably went to the mobile site at one time in chrome. in which case, the site is just remembering that you "want" the mobile version.

go to http://desktop.texags.com and it should reset for you.

if it doesn't stick (which it should), go to your account page, and select "desktop" under Website Mode

This "remember the format" feature is giving me some trouble. I browse texags on my desktop at work and on ipad at home. Each evening my ipad reverts to desktop mode and I have to explicitly load the mobile URL.

your desktop and ipad won't affect each other (the option is only remembered on the device). this means your ipad isn't remembering the setting. does it remember your username/password properly?

Yes, login info is remembered on both devices. I will say that it seems to happen when refreshing an open texags tab that has been dormant for 8+ hours (ipad browser left on mobile texags page while away all day). Is it a session key. Short duration cookie? I can report browser data if you need it.

the setting is stored in a cookie called ".PTEMPLATE"

if you know how to view your cookies, check for it when it is not giving you what you expect.

Ok, I believe something is timing out. I was on mobile on ipad last night. Checked this morning and refresh of open mobile page renders as desktop. I don't see a way to view cookies on ipad safari. The show cookies texags link doesn't show them.

Same for me. Can't we just have a link on every page for mobile when in DT mode and vice versa?
