HELP! Question? Is it normal that often the Texag radio show (1150am) randomly jumps backward and repeats about 30 seconds of show on my smart phone and my I-pad? Thx, RF '75

Ooshwa, The +/- 30 seconds repeat also happens on kzne.com and radioaggieland app. Advise or normal?
