I love the hover-over drop down with one click to go to a new forum, but can it be at the bottom of the page instead/also?

Can the last poster on a thread either be always visible or at least remove the long delay on the popup when you hover over the "time since last post"?

If the hover over forum button were up in the header with the username and watchlist, I think that would be ideal. Would be nice to not scroll all the way up to the top to change forums.
