I keep getting an error message when I try to get to websider link. It tells me that my subscription failed due to a transaction error. I realize that if I want to continue with the premium board, then I am going to have to sign up for it, but I should still be able to get in Websider. I have not changed anything since the conversion from the Scout board back in April until now. Can you please fix this problem?

If your subscription fails to renew (for example, if we don't have a valid credit card on file), you will get a notice about the failure whenever you come to the site.

You can either click Renew your Subscription or Cancel your Subscription. After going through with one of these options, you won't receive this notice again.

Note: you do not need to Renew your Subscription to access the websider board.

I'm getting a notice that my Varsity level subscription was not paid by my credit card. You are correct, I had to get a new visa debit card as the old one was compromised. However, I'm still waiting on the mail to receive my new card. It ), tomorrow, or Saturday. So, I was hoping you would trust me to make the account good again, but give me until Saturday (if in fact it takes that long to get my new card) before you cancel my Varsity membership.

and, btw, thanks for not cutting me off right away. I have had this issue before, and Texags closed my varsity membership immediately. I was a bit upset over that since I had, up until then, been a loyal and paying member. I like this way much more.
