black left side of mobile on android

About a 1 cm area of the mobile site is black all the way down the left side (just started)

Samsung standard browser on a Note 3. Just started doing it in the last hour or so. Only on Texags as well.

(Just noticed on the reply screen it is a maroon line, not black)
