Why can I not DM other users? Is there a function they have chosen that doesn't accept DMs or something.

When I type there names they don't show up
In the directory and/or I can't hit send.

Please advise.

Thanks. Been a subscriber since day one. Mostly in Billy's i page so never had an issue. Makes sense why!!!
