likely finishing with 20 wins in SEC is gonna get in, which is pretty wild that a .333 in conf would ever get an at large

I get the sense they don't really want to fire him and would have liked to wait another year if they made the tournament, but pretty inexcusable job not to get that roster into the field.

Agreed. Inexcusable to have one of the best guard trios in college basketball and probably going to miss NCAA tourney.

I'll believe they're out when they're officially out. NCAA wants sip in every postseason sport so bad it kills them. Even after tonight Looney still has them listed as last 4 out. Lol. They win against Vandy Wednesday I'm sure they'll get bounced right back to a 10 seed

Winthrop taking it to High Point early.

HP potentially on that 13/14 line that would be a possible first round matchup. A team that could give up 100 even to us, but can really score and could be a popular upset pick should they find a way to come back.

Drake reminded me of Texas A&M- the way they play defense, rebound, and offensive style (or lack thereof). But they shoot better than us (unsurprisingly).

I just looked at their nonconference results.

They beat Vandy, FGCU, FAU, Kansas State and Miami.

While Miami was bad, the others were "middling" major conference teams with Vandy a definite NCAAT invitee.

30 wins (though it appears that a couple might be against lower division foes) and having won their Conference regular season Championship and MVC Tournament Championship - i think they will be "rewarded". Of course, their NET is 59 with three Quad 3 losses.

What does Colleyville say? Without examining their predictive metrics too closely - i am guessing a 9 seed.

Oakland had a great chance to win in regulation. One of their guards made a great one on one move to the basket and had a relatively unimpeded path, but the coach called a timeout with 3.3 seconds left.
Then, the play he drew up out of the timeout was doomed from the start. A lob to the basket that was broken up and actually gave RM the last shot.
If Buzz would have done that, this board would riot (understandably).

One of the worst foul calls I've seen this year. Especially bad to have it happen at the end of the game like that where most refs will require it to be an obvious foul to call it.
