We cannot guard the perimeter. That makes for a quick out in the tourney. And we still shoot free throws like a home school junior high team. C'mon Buzz. Get to work.

Isn't this what happened in the tournament last year?

Alright…now we can all cross off "can't defend the 3" on our Buzz criticism bingo cards.

I've seen some homeschool junior high teams who would put us to shame from the stripe
Give me the guy who shoots for excellence and fails over the guy who shoots for mediocrity and succeeds.

We let 11 get his career high. This slip is so hard to watch this slop. Amazing we've scored 63

Gotta get Wade back. We have enough experience now of playing without him

I think OU was the only team that's actually shot well from 3 that I can remember. Everyone needs to update their talking points.

We all knew. It happens every year. Those of us that are actually into college hoops know that losses come with the territory. I'd say we just lost 2 games that were expected losses even for a top seed, especially down your all American.

A pretty solid effort on the road against more talented (more highly rated recruits) players. Without Wade, we lacked the spark and scoring prolifics we needed to have a chance in this one. Phelps, Payne and Hefner played well and a few others gave a lot of effort without much success shooting from the field or free throw line. Will be interesting to see whether Wade is back for our next game and if so, how he will fit in with Phelps after Phelps' fairly strong showing the last few games.

It's never good in any sport to have expected losses. Totally wrong frame of mind if you consider your team to be a top team. Hope that's not the team's mindset. Losses happen. They should never be expected or accepted.

I'm certain it's not but everyone loses games and you can usually point to the games that they may happen in.

On the road against Top 15 (25?) teams in college basketball are considered expected losses for pretty much everyone, even the very best teams. Winning on the road against good teams is really really hard.

Did you pay attention to this team during football season? We had our best pre conference maybe ever in our schools history. The fact you don't know how it's different shows you haven't been paying attention.

I've watched every game. Jury is still out. Who knows what Buzz team's will do, he could go 2-4 the next 6, maybe worse maybe not.

This statement is factually untrue for the teams we aspire to be like and hopefully the team we aspire to be by the end of the season. I guarantee the teams ahead of us in the rankings do not expect to lose any games on the road no matter who they play. And that is who we aspire to be by the end of the season. Losses happen and that's ok. You just should never expect to lose.

Mentality wise you are correct, but Alabama, auburn, Tennessee, Iowa state duke are all going to lose at least 7 games. Where do you think those may happen?

Are you serious? Have you not watched the first 17 games of the season? This team is nothing like Buzz's first 5 teams at A&M.

I watched all the games. My point is no one knows wtf a Buzz team will do at this point, he's had some crazy streaks in the past, both good and bad.

I absolutely bet their fans expect they'll lose certain games. It's not like we're all on the team. I'm sure the team expects to win every game.
