I'm guessing that they don't still have student orgs or other volunteer groups staffing the concessions. Figure that went away with Levy or even earlier?

I had a friend who's scout troop used to man a concession stand for football. levy squeezed them so hard they figured they where working for about $5/hour, so they stopped working it. They figured they could do other things to generate money for the scout troop that where much better than slaving over concession stand for levy

they have no experience in providing concessions at sporting events. My guess if they did they would bid on them.

It's kind of a joke - so mostly just kidding. Unfortunately, I think the reality is that this is going to continue to suck.

It will suck until the local community behaves like slightly larger Lexington does.
