Andy is like a top 3 favorite player for me along with Sloan and DKirk. And he has a shot at the NBA if he goes and works his tail off in the G league like Caruso did

I would say no chance- but I said the same on Caruso. I find this one hard to believe tho. Much more likely Europe or elsewhere imo..

Like Caruso, he had a core skill (rebounds instead of steals) but he plays fantastic defense. If he does what Alex did and shoots about a gagillion three pointers he has a shot. His stroke looked so much better at the end of the season and that's mixing in school work and all the other student stuff. If he focuses, he can absolutely make the league.

We've never been a basketball school, and are finally making tournaments and it's Still not good enough. At a "football school" that hasn't won a conference title in 26 years.

I was around when we had the longest active streak for making the NCAA tourney, and while still second fiddle to football basketball was hugely popular on campus. Don't pretend like making the tournament is suddenly a new thing for us.

Outside of the run you're referring to, this is the most consistently we've ever made the tournament before or after that. Making the tournament in general isn't necessarily new for us now, but making it three straight years has only ever happened during that previous six year stretch.

The key is to keep consistently making it and eventually the cards will fall our way, even if it isn't necessarily our very best team.

With all the player losses after this season I'm not expecting to make the tournament next season
