I'm no fan of Trev but why do y'all keep repeating this lie. He had zero shot to keep Schloss. Schloss was gone the moment CDC got hired at tu. Pretending anything else was an option is fantasyland.

He definitely caught my eye when he brought La tech into Reed and beat us a few years back. Not sure why he left Florida but looks like he's done ok at Georgia and knows the lay of the land in the SEC as far as the talent and toughness it takes to win in this league.

Being fired on a Morals clause is still a firing. Again, I see no upgrade with Jans.
He has been a 21-13 type coach with one trip to the round of 32. Made the round of 64 several times.
Sure beat the hell outa our team this year. Hubbard a very good player.

Jans is the most incredibly consistent coach I've ever seen, basically has had the same exact season 3 years in a row at MSU. He's recruited texas better than Buzz has.

All 3 years at MSU: 21 wins, 8-10 comf record, 9th place finish. Bounced in first round.

If we are going to go a up and coming coachroute the UCONN assistant does seem interesting but I think if he even wanted the job, it would be a stop gap to a bigger program and I doubt he'd come here to begin with

For this year, considering how late we are going to be to the party. I would get John Belien.

He is old but would be a good short time hire that would put us in a great spot once he decides to retire fully.

He knows people that can help fill in the roster spots and can game plan like no other.
