This is an amazing group. We haven't even had his announcement press conference and we are already talking about when we can judge his performance.

I think we do need to be patient and supportive as a fanbase. But part of the reality of dipping down as far as we did is that the coach wouldn't have a lot of high major talent on his current roster, and also wouldn't have a strong recruiting or assistant network.
So a big part of the concerns about Bucky is that he'll likely be less likely to have a good first year than other options would have been. If that turns out to be true, then it'd be in large part because of the nature of the hire, but that'd be more a criticism of Albert's than Bucky.
