Glad Buzz is gone! A&M has always won big in basketball, hate that he messed up that tradition!

It is ironic that I just read this thread. Just this morning I spoke to an Aggie friend who is high up in A&M administration. Of the university, not athletics.Dimond1968 said:

What a fraud Buzz is. He set up this year to be his best team ever so he could use them to get a new job. Then he leaves us a lot worse off than when he got the job.

Beard has won big. The number is s me stay irrelevant but if you want them to move, you will end up guaranteeing the package currently have and add more.
Beard did not reach out to him s. His agent might have. Little doubt he would have played it in the market for more somewhere else if we agreed…
There's no reason why a team comprised of Solo, Manny, Wade, Phelps, Payne, Andy, Wilcher, Hef, and Coleman needed to play at a snail's pace...unless some of them didn't develop their offensive skills in 3 or 4 years in the program...

Can you explain this more? What context are you referring to that we have always won big in basketball? From a win/loss/tournament perspective we have some bright spots, but no consistency. Curious what you are referring to.BuzzFan24 said:

It was just a decade ago Coach Kennedy had us in two sweet 16's within a 3 year span. Then Scrub Williams comes along and we can't even get out of the first weekend.
