I've only watched 3 games this year and they've all been losses. I think I am the season jinx.

lol. Hard to figure if they are being coached that way or if that's their game. We lose a lot when Agee is out.

We went into this three game stretch needing to get 2/3 and did that. Sucks that we, literally, threw away a game but we have a real opportunity to open conference play 6-2 in January. We will be favored in 5 games, a toss up in 1, and major dogs in 2.

Pop can't squander the lead if he doesn't nail that long three to take the lead.

Random stray thought but I think SMU playing Vandy before they played us helped them significantly. We're kinda similar in what we want to do offensively and Vandy is better at it currently. I think that gave SMU a significant edge with their defensive game planning. Even when we were scoring early it was mostly going to the basket, we weren't getting the same kind of looks we can normally get from three, and when we did get them we weren't making them

Who else on our schedule can Money Williams/ Pierre us. Meaning go off as if he's shooting alone in a gym.

That was a beautiful, clutch shot for sure. But Pop lost focus and intensity after that, making a sloppy attempt at a one-handed pass that was easily intercepted, and then trying to do it all on his own as the clock ran out.

Hopefully, he'll learn from that and begin to realize it doesn't all have to be on him.

they play an entertaining style of basketball and are stil working through kinks. they shot terible and found a way to put themselves into position to win the game.

they blew it in the end but i thibk this team will continue to improve as the season progresses.

There's a pretty big difference between a guy that wants the ball in his hands at the end of the game and a guy who feels like he needs to be the hero and make the winning shot. That last possession should tell you a lot

We prob shouldn't have had Hill in there as he's a bad FT shooter. Lane should've taken his spot. He's a shrimp but he can handle the ball and make FTs.

This team sucks. Would be pleasantly surprised if they were on the happy side of .500 in league play.

That's not likely to happen. We are going to be historically bad, even by Aggie standards.

You dont get to post when we make the tourney

If we come all the way back never quite take the lead and lose then it would have been a really encouraging game overall. I thought we showed some really encouraging signs in the second half.

But to take a four point lead and then implode like that stings so bad it's hard to focus on the positives.

We're going to be alright though. Keep improving, keep adding things in, we're gonna get there.

This is so true. I went to the game and I kept telling the person I was with, if the comeback fell short in regulation I wouldn't have been as annoyed. After Pop hit that 3 to put us up77-73, I thought we were going to win

You have crunch time players when you need to score and the also have crunch time players when you need to protect a small lead.

Those are definately not always the same.

And with all new players we are still figuring it out

bingo. despite being a 15 ppg player, theres a reason tx tech fans were not the least bit sad to see him go.

I've been pleasantly surprised at our performance so far. I thought we were going to be far worse than we are.

Coming back to take the lead in this one said a lot. Team has a shot if we can improve our def 3pt% especially
