If you had told me in 2016 that Alex Caruso would make $80MM by 2030 playing basketball, I would have assumed that the country had fallen into a Weimar Republic-style hyperinflation and that he had won that as prize money in a regional Hoop It Up competition.

I don't even think it was fine. It was awkward and awful. I mean, you take the time to assemble these guys then you trot them out there for a picture and nothing else. No highlight video, no introduction of the players, and an incredibly awkward video from Caruso's iPhone. It was just weird all the way around.

There was a highlight video, but it needed some work IMO. Also weird that several of the biggest players on that team weren't there. The biggest contributors there were House, Trocha, and Gilder.
