Okay let's drink some kool-aid and find some paths to victory here. I can see three, in order of likelihood:
1) We just go nuclear from beyond the arc: This is obviously the wild card that any college basketball team can cling to, but we have multiple shooters can go off. Knowing Barnes they're probably going to tackle Dominguez into the bench as soon as he crosses half court and hold him everywhere which won't be called until one time very late when we're down by 15 just to piss me off, but Griffen and Isaacs are both shooting at a good clip and it would be a good game for Hill to have a hot night.
2) 50,000 fouls: This one won't happen on their court, but they're a terrible free throw shooting team and we're a pretty good one as long as its not Hill or Vinson or especially Federiko shooting them. Everyone else with a decent sample size shoots at at least a 75% clip.
3) Unusual success driving the ball: Maybe we can use Tennessee's length against them on the offensive end and drive the ball with some success. Assuming they have Gillispie guard Lane then Marcus Hill should have a larger defender on him so maybe he can take advantage and get downhill and open some things up. There should be some space down there because they'll have to commit someone to guarding Dominguez all the time. Lane and Isaacs are probably going to need to take some riskier shots down there than they normally would.
If this game is played 10,000 times I think in at least 7,500 of them they absolutely kill us on the glass on both ends, outscore us like 40-10 in second chance points and win fairly-to-extremely convincingly.
But like the Little Giants, we just need one time.
