I still think Leveque starting was mostly some kind of foul avoidance strategy.

I think there's a serious basketball IQ gap between Agee and the other three.

This is saying something, because I don't think Agee is a basketball genius.

He may have had some dumb fouls, etc in games... But he is very smart basketball-wise to be productive as he is being undersized. He knows how to find his spots on the court and get to the rim while bigger guys are guarding him.

Dumb fouls, bad passes and poor shot selection are things you see in almost every game from Agee. He is good and plays hard at the 5 for his size. He is able to find his spots but struggles under the basket finishing. This team simply lacks a true big man.

He's prob the best finisher we've had since Tyler Davis.

He's shooting 62% from 2. That's not exactly "poor shot selection". His passing is also pretty good usually. He does try to make cross court passes a little too often but I think you're overstating the problem a bit. With as much weight as he's carrying for this team in the post sometimes he's going to make a bad play.

But I think he's a pretty smart player. I wouldn't say he's an exceptionally smart player or anything but on the basketball IQ spectrum of bigs we've had in recent memory he's definitely towards the smart end.
