The buy in Bucky has achieved with a group of players that had never been together is unbelievable. It's not just the winning, but the beautiful play. Even missed shots I am relaxed and say well that was the open play, it didn't go but next time it will

There's no reason to think buzz wouldn't have been able take him with. He took every single player he wanted, from a&m, including our recruits.
He also would have likely been a much worse player under buzz. Shooting de-emphasized, book club membership emphasized. It all worked out in the end.
Kidding aside, I think the way Bucky has turned Griffen into a player that plays more like a Buzz player is extremely impressive without sacrificing what makes him good to begin with. He took a charge last game! No way he's doing that back in November.
