So happy he's gone he'd have awful stretches and like a cockroach he'd survive l. the product on the court was hard to watch and you knew he'd win one game in the tourney then we'd be done.

I love these threads. It feels nice to be reminded of how right I was about him.

I was a Buzz fan for quite a while. I was also ok with Buzz's long winded meandering esoteric interviews. However, it all changed for me when he began the "team bus one" mantra. It was clearly code for the heck with everyone (including A&M and its fans) except for the team and staff.

Bucky is such a breath of fresh air. He answers questions direct and to the point. He also embraces A&M and our culture. He sends his players up into the stands after pre-game intro and after the game. He and a few of his staff go through crowd hi-fiving after the games.

I've had my seats for 25 years and never seen it before. How can you not like this guy. The twisted Buzz squats and other side-line antics are gone. We've got us a real ball coach!

If turns out the season end is the worst record in program history, Maryland might pull an LSU/B. Kelly on the "guaranteed contract" with Buzz.

Combined with one of the worst offenses in the conference at 72.9 points per game, the Terps can't compete against the level of competition in the Big Ten.

When the games started to matter you had no idea if his team would advance. It certainly was no given they'd win a game.

Buzz basketball is gross to watch.

It's kind of like getting dumped by a girl you really liked and then she ends up getting fat. You want to be the bigger man, but it puts a smile on your face.

I do wish we'd combine all the dunking on Buzz stuff to one thread. To me it's kinda lame to have so many threads about our ex when we're cooking like we are.

We'd lighten up if we discussed better topics. The bashing Buzz talk is beating a dead horse at this point.

Why have fun at his expense? So we all feel better about what we have here? Really? This is where we are?

It's an interesting topic. He gave bizarre interview answers, and I wondered if he was doing the same schtick while losing heavily.

To me, that was a more interesting topic than half the threads on here.

I truly wonder at people like you that can't tolerate discussion on a former coach- especially one as unique (bizarre?) as Buzz.

Maybe go back and re-read my initial post. I honestly believe you are being hyper-sensitive.

This guy has Buzz figured out prior to Year 1 even finishing.

my guess is he was exactly like that here, but our fan base will worship a coach and build a halo around a coach where the coach can do no wrong and then you'll have sites like this that will go even farther protecting a coach. My guess here is didn't help that we had change at AD.

I always thought it was odd how Buzz would come to TA kickoff events and first thing he talk about is how every A&M coach got fired or something like that. He'd take shots at TexAgs posters, but hey I took it a good nature fun, but maybe now it wasn't.

But i get the sense Bjork didn't promote any kind of department loyalty or interaction. Or at least I think Trev is making that a big deal as far as coaches supporting each other.

Will Maryland be the first team to fire Buzz before he is able to secure his next job and drive Bus 1 to the next stop? Seems likely with the way things are going so far.
