I'm not Luke but he has been on the bench.
Wishful thinking, but having him on this years team is kinda fun to daydream about, given how well they've come together.
Curious if he stays. Not so much transfer, but potential NBA

I would think it would be unwise to go...he came back to improve his draft stock and then missed the entire season with an injury. That likely did the opposite of help his draft stock.

At this rate, he'll be able to go to the NBA, win a couple of rings and come back to TAMU when he's 35 to finish out his career

Yes he's still with the team and in school. I talked with him at practice a few weeks ago.
For what it's worth, he's not been listed on pretty much all of the major mock draft boards for 2026. There's a pretty good shot he'll be playing CBB next year.
I think i saw him at Reed tonight. It would be nice if he came back next year to help us.

I'd like to think that now that he sees this system in full force that it looks pretty compelling to play in with full health
I talked to him before the game.
A healthy Mgbako is going to thrive in this system imo. Not the guy we saw for what (?) 6-7 games because he was not completely healthy and somewhat out of game shape.
