Agee had 17 points but it took him 14 shots to get there. Wade Taylor-esque game. His defense was also killing us for a while. I thought subbing Griffin in for him and going with Clemence as the only big for a bit might have saved the season.

Bucky plays a lot of players each game. But it still seems strange to be near the end of the season and still trying different combination of players.

Bucky's rotations at times are about who has the hot hand or who is playing hard and the way he wants them to play. Had no issue with the rotations and he kept trying until he found the right one. Good coaching.

I came here to post Ruben and he's getting criticized for being soft and slow?!

Yes he's had trouble adapting to the tough part of the SEC. But they played good defense on him and he had 13 points, 2-4 for 3, 5-5 at the line, 4 board and a 5:1 assist turnover margin.

Pretty dawg-like to me.

It was easily his most DAWG-like game, agree. I posted this in another thread but I kind of thought he was quietly having a good game before he even hit those shots late.

He needs to get back to pulling the trigger quicker though. Hopefully this game gave him some confidence back because he passed up a could chances for good shots.

The 12th man was the dawg of the game. The noise from the corps and crowd down the stretch made the difference.
