I thought the decision to tighten the rotation with 5 min to go in regulation and almost not sub through OT was going to bite us. Putting Ruben and Hill into the game in 2Ot was a savior.

Agee's one thing. He's a tough call because we just don't have a substitute for him. Everyone else though should have been getting some rotation to stay somewhat fresh.

I totally agree. Bucky got away from one of the core tenets of our program. Almost cost us.

Isaac's been playing well of late, but we've got guys that can spell him. I'm OK having Lane or Holloway on the court to give him a short break and keep him fresh.
I know Lane has fallen out of favor, but he was one of our most reliable guys for almost two thirds of the season.

A&M loses that game if you substitute like normal. Possessions are more important in the last few minutes and OT.

I do think Bucky, for how modern a coach is, is still kind of old school at the ends of games. He's gonna ride or die with our best guys on the court.

Lane and Holloway spelling him both led to worse offensive flow, more turnovers, and far worse defense. Unfortunately, Isaac's was the only ball handler remotely competitive yesterday. And thank god he was.
