This is an NBA coach with unlimited ambition who reads and sees the game in a pro way. Don't get too caught up in specific schemes year to year. This is a man who will make whatever adjustments and schematic changes needed to win.
To get to the NBA, he HAS to win here. Give him the support roster wise; NOT a new contract.
