Same thing that John Calipari, Dusty May, Bucky, etc. have all done. That's pretty typical to do these days.

A Will Wade team once made it past the round of 32!

Of course he didn't coach any of the post season game since he is trash and was suspended, but it was his team! And they advanced that one year to sweet 16

I agree completely. Some of these guys who never played and were student managers in college are good floor coaches. He is not one of them.

That's what gave him an advantage. He was going to cheat more and more until he got caught. Now that NIL has somewhat taken that advantage away from him it will be interesting to see if he will have anywhere near the same level of success the second time around.

The flip side to this is Aggies always giving credit to other coaches/teams while putting their own teams and coaches down for doing g about the same or maybe even better

If I remember correctly, he was fired "for cause" by LSU because of all of the NCAA violations. Therefore, no severance or buy-out. So why the hell would you go back there.
