I am dually allegianced to Texas A&M Aggies and the Fightin' Texas Tech Red Raiders. My two favorite teams are now in separate conferences, so I can root equally for both of them.

Why was this thread started? There are way too many Aggies willing to get down on their knees here. It's one thing to like a school in a conference you don't play in, but this needs to stop. The hate needs to begin to fester.

My dad likes Alabama and my cousin played there, so I pull for them some.

It works out usuall I could just keep them separate, especially Football vs Basketball... This whole SEC thing is really going to give me fits with both sides of my family

It's not as awesome as a matching as you'd think (or like). Enter exhibit A: Independence Bowl 2009 (where A&M lost 44-20). That was my first season here between the hedges. I wore a Georgia tshirt under an A&M pullover to the bar to watch the game. It got hot and I eventually had to take the pullover off. We started losing. The bartender then began bribing me with free beer to keep me from putting the pullover back on.
