Don't know about cranky Aggies, but rather Aggies that are indifferent to the thread. That stuff might as well been written in Swahili, as far as I'm (personally) concerned. I read through it and had no idea what it was about, except that it basically said Aggies were located in a wasteland, were strange and will have no success whatsoever in the SEC. Did not read whatever book it referenced or watch the movie or play the video game??? Go ahead and say I'm old - because I am!!! I could begin to extoll the virtues of having the Aggies join the mighty SEC, but most of what I would say has been said many times. I think to Aggies, it was basically an uninformed thread by some clown that wanted to talk about the traditional (long time members) SEC schools and threw the Aggies in there (and under the bus) as an afterthought....therefore the indifference. We know who we are and what we bring to the party. Right now everybody is just posturing...time will tell.
