As a joke I filled out my LSU application in crayon....and promptly received a significant scholarship.

When I was a senior in High School and wasn't giving LSU any attention (they don't have an undergraduate Aerospace Engineering program), they sent me a special application that basically had me put my name, address and then send them my SAT scores and transcript and they would give me a full ride.

I wouldn't have had to even write an essay.

Getting into that school is just a notch above getting into Texas Tech and honestly I have no idea how my cousins in Louisiana couldn't get in. Maybe public education in Louisiana is just THAT bad.

I have never seen lswho listed as anything but a tier 3 school, two levels below A&M.
