1. Running Back Depth - LSU showed last week that it has the best crop of running backs. Jeremy Hill who was 5th on the depth chart came in and took over.

2. Mingo/Montgomery - The best pair of defensive ends in the country have been wreaking havoc all season. A&M has some nice tackles, but they can't handle these two guys all day along.

3. A&M is a fraud - Yes the aggies are 5-1, but who have they beaten of note? Nobody. A tight win against LA Tech and a tight win against Ole Miss are their best victories.

4. Freshman QB against a top defense - Manziel is a good qb. He has been putting up huge numbers against poor defenses. He did ok against Florida which is the best defense he has faced to date. If he runs as many times as he has been this season, he won't make it through the game.

5. LSU O-line - This o-line only has 2 starters from the beginning of the season, but it still is dominant. Last week against a top d-line, it controlled the line of scrimmage the entire game.

6. JC Copeland - I know in the Big 12 you guys didn't see too many fullbacks with your air it out offenses, but LSU employs the best in cfb. Copeland lays the lumber all day and creates holes for the running backs.

7. Special Teams - LSU has the best punter in the country. We have a good punt returner and very good kicker. Our special teams had a down week last against USCe and are looking to bounce back strong.

8. Coaching Matchup - Sumlin is a nice coach. He had an ok record at Houston. He is going up against one of the best in the business though, who has a bcs championship ring. Also, LSU has the best defensive coordinator in the country who looks forward to facing this air raid offense.

9. This isn't the Big 12 - Texas A&M was a middle of the road team in the Big 12. This is one of those welcome to the SEC games. LSU looks forward to welcoming you guys the right way. Not like that weird video the aggies made.

10. Early Game - Home field advantage is huge. As an LSU fan I know this, since we have the best homefield advantage in the country. An 11 am game negates this, especially since that yell practice thing will have occurred 11 hours before that.

Best punt returner in the country? Maybe last year bud. I think stating that this year is a bit of an exaggeration. Based on what this year? The best punt returner is Ace Sanders. He plays for SC. You may know him. Oh, and for the record. Dustin Harris is better than Beckham.

Not so fast my friend. We haven't had as many opportunities to prove otherwise yet, but that's a very broad brush stroke there. We held our own against Florida in week 1 and very well could have and should have won that game. The last couple of weeks have shown some growing pains, as is expected from a young team, especially on the road, but we proved we aren't the same team from the last couple of years. We'll know a lot more after Saturday.

P.S. This is just one of the many reasons you younger Ags will learn why the LSU rivalry was/is SO much more fun than that with the sips.
