in the city the bar is called the pony. the bar is close to wrigleyville in the city.

Chicago has college bars for most major teams. Just search Chicago Collegiate Bar Project or something like that. You'll find a list

Was in Chicago for the A&M /Tech game about 4 years ago and watched it at the ESPN Zone. Had a great time. Not sure if it's still open or not. Would need reservations.

They shut almost all of the ESPN Zones. You can only find them in Cali now.
