4 hours to Houston, 1.5 hours to New Orleans. Seems odd they wouldn't play a game in the Superdome.

More talent in Greater Houston area versus the NO. Plus they hit on about 98% of any NO talent they want. And they have a huge alumni base in and around Houston.

Great move by LSU, wish A&M would set some of these games up. Not an LSU fan but am a fan of them playing games like this dang near every year.

I'd rather see them play at Camp Randall & Tiger Stadium if I'm an opposing fan. But get the reason LSU wants a Houston game.

It is not just an LSU thing to want to play here. It is the SEC showcasing its teams in its largest state and Reliant competing with Jerry World for season kick off games. Miss St is here this year, LSU next. It will be an annual SEC game going forward in Reliant
