I posted yesterday that I was concerned about that because it didn't look like just a cramp. I have no knowledge of the severity, hopefully it's a minor thing.

On the plus side, Kennedy is looking like the pitcher we knew she could be. Keep it up!

Cannon walks it off with 2 run homer in the bottom of 6. Ags win 16-7

Happy for Mya to have a good game. She has looked like she was pressing at the plate. 2/2 today plus a walk and hbp.

Good to run rule even when not having your best day

At the end of the radio broadcast the announcer said that Harper came out of the game with an injury and I see Sav Price played 2d the last 2 innings. Vestal pitched to 4 batters and gave up 2 hits and 2 walks. Cannon with 4 RBIs and Cottrill 5 each on 3 hits.

Harper had a collision at the plate with the catcher bottom of 4 I think. Shay left with an apparent injury to her finger. Likely blister I would guess. Vestal came off the bench not from the pen when that happened. Not a good outing for her. Coming in cold to tight strike zone wasn't pretty

Bad loss. Didn't help the coaches messed a lead off pinch hitter standing on 2nd because it wasn't reported or was reported incorrectly. Wouldn't have needed extras. Players had their poor moments as well. 1st run in ITB scores on 2 passed balls.

They need to win the nightcap and take a day off to regroup.

Hopefully Koko and Shay are back soon

I watched the replay this morning and thought it was interesting that Jazz Hill was tossed out in the 7th and their 1b was not ejected but was replaced by the umpires. Weird deal.

That Weber State game will end up hurting our RPI. Hopefully that's the last time the coaches and players completely blow an imminently winnable game.

Box score indicates both were ejected. Watching it on TV I had no idea what was happening because that announcing crew also had no idea. Never saw a clear indication from the umpire either. Weird is good description
