It seems odd that we draw the line at these hats and not jerseys, shoes, shirts, other hats, etc.

A lot of focus gets put solely on the talent level of transfer pickups. But, we learned firsthand during the 2022 season that there is a very important, intangible element of personality and culture fit that can really make a team special. In 2022, Rock and Claunch made the biggest impact from an energy/team vibe perspective IMO and I'm getting a similar feeling from Schott, Appel, and Montgomery.

Long winded way of saying that the benefit that guys like Schott bring to the team goes beyond the numbers they put up and is an extremely important component of a championship caliber team, even if it's not quantifiable.

There are a lot of websites on amazon an internet in general where you can order a custom hat just like the ones schloss bought. Colors and letters are no big deal. What could be tough to find is the high quality raised embroidering of "good"
