This is our first midweek opponent not called the Cardinals. I think one year we should only play Cardinals in the midweek.

Texas fans are a little down after their weekend. But they are a good team, and it's hard for good teams to lose 4 in a row, so I'm cautious about tonight.

I'm very curious. I wouldn't be surprised by anything that happens. I think some Aggie are thinking this is a sure win. I'd say 60-65% or so.

I suspect it will be a battle. They are a good team, and law of averages will eventually catch up to us. No better time than a rivalry game. But we are the better team and love our chances. Will come down to if we can keep our composure with pitching. BTHO of them boys!
I think sips are starting Tanner Witt this evening. He's been a pretty good pitcher in the past. I know Schloss recruited him while at TCU.
I agree with you. I do think we are the better team.

He's only pitched 4 innings all season; no starts. He only pitched 10 innings in 2023.
The Texas pitching staff is really thin after this past weekend. Their bullpen is just not good. And their catcher is out for a while.

He was injured 2 years ago. He just hasn't pitched much the last 2 seasons.
Got it. Thanks. I remembered the injury, but didn't realize it was that long ago.

He was injured 2 years ago. He just hasn't pitched much the last 2 seasons.
Still not 100%. Has some scar tissue hindering his ability to finish his release.
I'm sitting w/his parents tonight.
