That's why, today, I instructed my legal team to being issuing formal information requests under the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) to determine whether ex-Texas A&M employees were
actively working against TAMU on behalf of a direct competitor while being paid by Texas A&M, in breach of contractual obligations and other legal obligations.

If so those were career ending moves for those "employees" and costly, as well.

Isn't Schloss alleged to have done all of this on a burner phone (for the purpose of avoiding leaving a record)?

EDIT - DID NOT INTEND TO USE LAUGH EMOJI. This is a real question.

I posted this in another thread. It can happen,..

If screenshots do exist and demonstrates the coaches not doing their jobs at the CWS,....someone(s) could go Class Action against these coaches for damages (Omaha expenses, travel, lodging, tickets, meals, airfare, fuel, mental anguish, physical pain and suffering, etc.) for not fulfilling their duties and obligations. Someone could launch this and it would be tying up tu personnel and racking up attorney fees for the defendants. Discovery for this case would be epic.

Guessing this doesn't turn up anything unless somebody got sloppy.

Real evidence would come from another party.

Use of a burner phone is apparently super common. Also, there's ways to track those now? IDK.

If screenshots or other evidence exists that they were actively undermining A&M while being paid by A&M their career is over.

Let's be clear that this is not simply agreeing to leave A&M for another job. That happens in college athletics all the time. We are talking to other school's coaches now about leaving their schools.

This is about malicious behavior with intent to cause harm, in the court of public opinion this would be sip forced to fire their brand new coaches kind of behavior.

I am 100% expecting that the "screenshots" are nothing or inconclusive. Because surely nobody was that stupid.

Again, ANY communication with a student athelete prior to Tuesday about a potential move would likely be in breach of an ACTIVE contract with A&M.

Personal communications on or after Tuesday with student athletes by the Head Coach or any of his assistants about moving to another school at the very least should be considered as an Official Visit counted against the new school.

He can't have it both ways. He can't still be an employee of Texas A&M and actively working/recruiting against Texas A&M on our dime.

I don't buy the 'assistants didn't know and were forced to follow Lossnagle' angle. There was at least indications for one that their family knew they were moving after the season well before.

When it's not clear who is lying assume that all are.

We are saying the same, except, i a Class Action would be fans taking action. This is possible. For example, there's a Class Action that just settled, the Plaintiffs sued a CEO because of a "thought to be unfair" company bonus plan. Yep,...a bonus plan. The company plan never paid out on the bonus plan, ever. In the end, the Plaintiffs got $3K each (about 100 total). The Defendents had to have the bonus plan rewritten by an abitur and ultimately ended up with a more lucrative bonus plan. LOL! Class Actions happen all the time and there are plenty of law firms that will take them on. Had I attended the CWS, I would probably start one after all the posts I read. May not win the case, but it would sure be fun.

By all means if there is evidence that coaches damaged A&M while employed by A&M the university should pursue legal action.

What I'm saying is that they'd be punished much more swiftly in the court of public opinion.

You'd think that nobody was so stupid to leave a trail…
