All it takes is one screenshot from a high school or college recruit saying "this is coach Schloss/Max/Cain and I would encourage you to look at Texas or be open minded as things are fluid right now..." on a burner number and those guys are toast.

We know he did it. But proving it may be difficult since he used burner phones. You gotta find a kid that has messages that turned him down. He could still say those are not from him, just from somebody that is impersonating him, happened to get a burner phone to do it, just so happen to know he was leaving for Texas, just so happened to be contacting baseball players, etc.
Side note: shouldn't ATM put out a statement, almost like offering a reward, to any player that comes forward with proof he contacted them while the coach of ATM, to go to Texas? Offer 100,000 or something?

It's my hope that Brian Beckcom, the University, public opinion, and anyone else, takings these characters to task. I'd like to see lawsuits galore....hope it rains lawsuits. Google/apple/every other app/intel agencies/phone company ping your phone constantly. They also ping your "real" phone, your real "car", your real "wifi" constantly.
All you need is the burner phone number, his real phone number, a legal request to the phone company (lots of aggies in the phone comapnies) and you get time stamped locations.

If a reward is posted, just make sure to include that the information provided "....leads to the arrest and conviction...", this keeps a reward from being paid without results. No reason to rush to it if they know Loss is picking them up. This is just them protecting their futures which is a smart move on their part. Withdrawing from the portal is still an option if they like the situation.

It took a lot of time, expense on a forensic audit, etc. but we are in the process of getting her. Criminally and then civilly.

Maybe they wanted to play for A&M. Maybe they think the character of the coach matters and like our next coach better. Maybe they're full blown mercenary and they negotiate a more lucrative NIL deal here. Maybe the player's mom spills it because she had concerns about schlossnozzle and sees her concerns validated in the most public manner possible. Maybe the recruit didn't know this was wrong before.
