They need to flip one of those assistant coaches and get them to talk and provide evidence! They all looked miserable so it might be an option.

Isn't Schloss alleged to have done all of this on a burner phone (for the purpose of avoiding leaving a record)?
EDIT - DID NOT INTEND TO USE LAUGH EMOJI. This is a real question.

Gotta have proof. HS kids just saying something isn't going to do it.

We know he did it. But proving it may be difficult since he used burner phones. You gotta find a kid that has messages that turned him down. He could still say those are not from him, just from somebody that is impersonating him, happened to get a burner phone to do it, just so happen to know he was leaving for Texas, just so happened to be contacting baseball players, etc.
Side note: shouldn't ATM put out a statement, almost like offering a reward, to any player that comes forward with proof he contacted them while the coach of ATM, to go to Texas? Offer 100,000 or something?
If a reward is posted, just make sure to include that the information provided "....leads to the arrest and conviction...", this keeps a reward from being paid without results. Tells the info provider it cant be made up info, false info. ... I'll contribute to this reward fund.BadAggie said:merch said:

No but there's a role for TexAgs here….
Does this mean we can go after Sharp for Jimbo's contract extension and a litany of other things?BadAggie said:
By all means if there is evidence that coaches damaged A&M while employed by A&M the university should pursue legal action.
What I'm saying is that they'd be punished much more swiftly in the court of public opinion.
You'd think that nobody was so stupid to leave a trail…

What is the timing of the kids entering the portal vs when TexAgs and burnt orange nation posted that Schloss was taking the sip job? I think that would tell volumes about them being contacted beforehand.
they got an extended window to enter the portal because of the coaching change.polander ag81 said:

I had a close family friend married to a doctor (so no need for money) who became my office manager for 15 years and stole 1 million bucks from me over time. Christmas dinners at our house, vacationed together, etc.BadAggie said:

sorry, but this is embarrassing.
Time to move on.
At the end of the day this is a business and if someone stole something from you that cost you money you have to go after them. There is a possible breach of contract which is worth the investigationkwammer said:

Please kill this thread and stop. This reeks of desperation and pathetic-ness. He made his decision, move on. Nothing is going to come out of this except for us losing the moral high ground we currently have in this deal. Filing lawsuits over butt hurt speculation is Baylor-level petty and pathetic.
If someone truly had the goods, it would have been out by now. Please don't embarrass the rest of us with nonsensical litigation.
Now, in line with the collective maturity level of the regular posters on this board, go ahead and get your stupid "sip troll" blasts out of the way.
Maybe they wanted to play for A&M. Maybe they think the character of the coach matters and like our next coach better. Maybe they're full blown mercenary and they negotiate a more lucrative NIL deal here. Maybe the player's mom spills it because she had concerns about schlossnozzle and sees her concerns validated in the most public manner possible. Maybe the recruit didn't know this was wrong before. Maybe they were stupid enough to share it with friends before the recruit slept of their girlfriends. Maybe...BadAggie said:polander ag81 said:

Could be but then would any of them be willing to share? What would be in it for them unless they were that pissed off?
