Could we let the players cut up number 22 jersey and burn his jersey in a very public way.

Make it a media event with announcement of a head coach.

Watch every single player come back (hopefully) and burn their copy of coaches duds.

Gives them closure. Let's them focus and move on. Shows the whole world that we are going to whip their ass into oblivion.

Or I am just venting and is this a gay idea? If I was a player I would wanna burn his jersey.

Best way to make someone feel insignificant is to treat them as insignificant. Giving them any kind of attention outside of where you are obligated just feeds their importance.

Get the best coaching staff, retain the players you can, win it all.

Hang it in the outhouse on top of Bonfire 2024 and torch it!
