Use some of Schloss's buyout $ to offer strong salaries and / or signing bonuses to any assistant coaches we want.

I heard a rumor he wasn't liked as a coach by the players.
Not sure if it's true though.
Did you not notice that almost all the pitchers did not want to go to tu and were staying here? Weiner can stay weird in Austin.Waggle 97 said:

Very, very telling IMO and something I immediately zero'ed in on myself. That had to have meant something about relationships I would think.ElephantRider said:vander54 said:

The pitchers were the first to say they were staying.

2024 was not A-Beck's first season at A&M.Grundlegorf said:
Not sure why Weiner is idolized. With a healthy Ryan Prager and Ashenbeck transferring in, that is enough to cut your team ERA in half. The weirdo didn't even play baseball.

Interesting how Earley was a snake just days ago but now he gets grace because it was "a family move". Maybe Weiner was just as scared to lose a job??

Pretty sure we all noticed early on that Earley was the only one who still had his Twitter profile as an A&M coach, his demeanor at the horn presser and the players supports. So no
He is a coach. But he was a pitcher.LincolnBorglum79 said:
We can find another analytics guy if we need one. He isn't even a pitcher.
You think Asch transferred in this year, and 8 dingleberries starred your post.Grundlegorf said:

he had tweaked some analytics software while with the Mariners that did a pretty good job of projecting outcomes. We were using that through last fall and this spring to evaluate our pitchers, their pitch options, etc. Big part of the reason we changed Rudis' arm slot. Because his more standard delivery showed data that was very hittable.TxA&Mhunter said:
