I bring up Mazey because he just retired. Rather than retiring, this could be an easy year or two for decent money to mentor someone and help really build this program to consistently stick it to Schloss and the horns.

Thanks for posting this link. I read his bio yesterday after his name came up and somehow completely missed the recruiting coordinator role. I thought he was the hitting coach and so didn't see the need for him if Earley was already on staff. Or as HC as we now know him to be.

Poster on twitter commented about perhaps some of the sip hitters might follow Longly to A&M. Wouldn't that be a gut punch. I know they had at least a couple of sluggers on this past year's team.

I just think it would be a "fit" with him having worked under schloss and having dealt with tu in the BDF while HC at WVa. Seems like the perfect person to maybe have a little hate/unsettled business with Schloss, CDC, and tu- and the perfect opportunity to bank a little extra retirement cash.
