Could be a situation where Longley is being waited out until the Presser.

If he is currently unattached, he can talk/maintain communications with "certain" players that he might not be able to chat with once he becomes Staff.

JUST DON'T FLAG MORE THAN ONE BECAUSE EVIDENTLY THAT IS ABUSE OF SYSTEM
